The Sedlčany Town Museum

It is not possible to miss the Old Townhouse in Sedlčany’s T. G. Masaryk Square, which has served for town museum purposes since 2002. New modern exhibitions show through archaeological findings, documents, and objects from the Sedlčany Region the development of the region (and essentially the entire human society) from primeval till recent times.
The Sedlčany Town Museum is barrier-free, its ground floor serves as a café and gallery; the permanent exhibitions are situated in seven halls located on two stories. The museum’s lecture hall (library/study) is also available for corporate events. Detailed information about the museum, including opening hours, can be found at www.muzeum-sedlcany.cz
